Woodbury's Northbrook Digital joins Google in patent wars

The tech world's patent war has reached Minnesota, with Google apparently buying the Web browsing and online advertising patents of a Woodbury technology company. Northbrook Digital LLC said that, as of today, all of its technology and patents have been sold to an unnamed third party for an undisclosed sum. Northbrook CEO and founder Mark Wolfe declined to identify the buyer.
