VIDEO - Reusable rockets could safely land with passengers on Earth after a Mars trip
Elon Musk, founder of Paypal and SpaceX, is at it again with innovating the rocket industry. He is developing a reusable space launch system intended to take passengers to Mars and back. The rocket thrusters, according to his design, would cushion re-entry when landing after the return trip. This reusable mechanic also allows cost-effective testing prior to an official launch. Similar technology from SpaceX includes the reusable Dragon capsule that can carry cargo or crew.
