Samsung will battle Apple this coming March in an Australian court
Samsung is seeking to ban sales of Apple's iPhone 4S in Australia, alleging patent infringements. Until the court trial, Apple may continue selling its phone in Australia. This legal battle between the two companies has been and continues to be waged in 10 countries over smartphones and tablet computers. The Australian case centers around 3 patent infringements and over 25 claims. Apple has thus far gained the upper hand worldwide, earning preliminary injunctions against Samsung in Australia, the Netherlands, and Germany. Thus far, the US battle is undecided.
