Project Cloud Computing

Can each contractor follow the database of the main contractor using the "cloud" for that project? reasons to reduce repeated files and easy maintenance.

I mean the maincon has the main database of all the stuff (soft copy of drawings, ptw, permits, violatons, etc) involved in the project from starting till the end and they can encode the data and send to whoever they trust only using cloud computing and prevent others to print without their permissions using "benign spyware".
