Patent wars: this is just getting silly

Justices at all levels are becoming increasingly displeased with the antics of the big smartphone manufacturers as they continue to attack each other with excessive patent litigation. Though it's nice to think that this sort of judicial action could start to send a message to the big tech companies, it seems unlikely that one or two dismissed cases will prevent further excessive litigation, but at least it's a start.
