Galluzzo, who brings extensive experience in high-tech patent and trade secret litigation, joins the firm’s Charlotte office from his previous role as co-chair of the trade secrets working group at Crowell & Moring.
With a background in software and computer engineering, Galluzzo's expertise lies in handling complex intellectual property matters, including software licensing disputes, appeals, and advising clients on monetization strategies. His track record includes leading legal teams to successful outcomes in both federal and state courts, as well as in post-grant proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
