Hi Aurora, The contest will be judged by a committee made up of the sponsoring company and Patexia.The person who optimizes the circuit the most will be the winner. So only one winner will be selected, unless two (or more) people happen to propose the exact same solution or solutions result in the exact same optimization level. In that case there will be two (or more) winners and the prize will be divided among them. Thanks for your question.
