ITC Upholds Decision in Samsung's Favor

Earlier this week, the US International Trade Commission (ITC) upheld a judge's October ruling that cleared Samsung of patent infringement claims levied by Nvidia. Nvidia had sought an injunction against Samsung, meaning that the South Korea-based company would have to stop selling and shipping its smartphones and tablets in the US. Nvidia says it will appeal the decision.
