IBM Suing Priceline for Patent Infringement

IBM is suing Priceline Group and its subsidiaries Kayak and Opentable after failing to reach a patent licensing agreement. The complaint, filed earlier this week in Delaware, alleges infringement of four patents, including two that were developed by Prodigy online services as one of the earliest means for public access to the internet.
