PAUL, MN - 3M, 3M Innovative Properties Co., and 3M Canada announced that they have settled a patent infringement lawsuit against Eurotex in Canada for infringing a 3M patent relating to reflective fire coat trim. A press release by 3M stated that Eurotex consented to an Order entered by the Federal Court in Ottawa, Canada stipulating that Eurotex pay 3M for past profits and issuing an injunction against Eurotex.
