Every time I tried to add a reference, Pop-up showed up "Known Refereces Detected", requesting to delete the uploaded reference.  I created a dummy PDF file and uploaded it to verify if this check is working correctly. The pop-up showed up even though with the dummy PDF file. Is this known reference check working correctly?
