* Call Drop and Data through put Log Analysis on UMTS, LTE and inter-RAT.
* Worked extensively with Carrier for their acceptance for both new product introduction and in-market devices software upgrades.
* Product Experience: From h/w bring up till End of life of the product, including co-ordinating the certification, IOT, Field Test and Carrier Acceptance.
* Defining KPI’s, and being responsible for product performance during KPI executions.
* Brought up and managed two product teams of 8 people each, task includes gathering requirements for the opening, recruiting and training them.
