Although a coefficient “2” is used as an example of a coefficient representing a multiplication ratio in the present embodiment, the coefficient is not particularly limited to “2” as long as the coefficient is larger than a coefficient “1” and equal to or smaller than the coefficient “2”. By using a coefficient larger than the coefficient “1” and equal to or smaller than the coefficient “2”, a time from when the application 110 requests position data from the connector 200 to when the application 110 acquires the position data from the connector 200 is shortened. By using the coefficient larger than the coefficient “1” and equal to or smaller than the coefficient “2”, the application 110 acquires position data from the connector 200 before the position data is excessively accumulated in the connector 200. As a result, shortage of a storage resource (for example, a storable capacity) of the data storage unit 211 included in the connector 200 is suppressed.

In the above-described embodiment, as an example, it has been described that the combination of the digital twin system name of the reading destination and the reading target data name is registered in the item of the property ID. Based on a relationship between the average of the request intervals ΔTr and the average of the update intervals ΔTs registered in the management table, the switching unit 223 performs switching between the each-time reading mode and the pre-reading mode. For example, when the average of the request intervals ΔTr is larger than twice the average of the update intervals ΔTs, the switching unit 223 registers the each-time reading mode in the item of the reading mode. When the average of the request intervals ΔTr is equal to or smaller than twice the average of the update intervals ΔTs, the switching unit 223 registers the pre-reading mode in the item of the reading mode. As described above, based on the relationship between the average of the request intervals ΔTr and the average of the update intervals ΔTs registered in the management table, the connector 200 may adaptively select the reading mode of the position data.

Based on the reading mode registered in the management table, the reading unit 224 reads position data from the second digital twin system 20. For example, in a case where the pre-reading mode is registered, the reading unit 224 first reads position data from the second digital twin system 20 before the reception unit 221 receives a data request from the application 110, and stores the position data in the data storage unit 211 (see also FIG. 6). For example, before the reception unit 221 receives a data request from the application 110, the position data is prepared in the data storage unit 211.

As described above, before the data request is received, the connector 200 may prepare to respond the position data. Accordingly, when the connector 200 receives the data request, it is possible to respond the position data to the application 110 in a short time as compared with a case where there is no preparation. Although details will be described later, in a case where the each-time reading mode is registered in the management table, the reading unit 224 reads position data from the second digital twin system 20 every time the reception unit 221 receives a data request from the application 110. After reading the position data, the reading unit 224 outputs the position data to the transmission unit 225 without storing the position data in the data storage unit 211. Accordingly, it is possible to suppress a reduction in the storable capacity of the data storage unit 211. For example, it is possible to suppress resource shortage of the data storage unit 211.

The transmission unit 225 transmits subscription registration of the position data to the second digital twin system 20 at a predetermined timing.
