TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to the field of hair styler, and in particular to a hair curler.

BACKGROUND

With the living standards raising, the requirements for hairstyles are increasingly demanding. Therefore, a variety of hair curlers are available on the market to meet the needs of different users for different hairstyles. The electric hair curlers have been available on the market for convenient use by users. However, the present structure of such hair curlers is generally an integrated structure comprising a handle and a heating rod, and it is necessary to purchase multiple hair curlers with different specifications in order to achieve hairstyles with different curls, which is costly and inconvenient to people in life.

SUMMARY

The major objective of the present invention is to provide a hair curler, which is intended to facilitate the replacement of heating rod by a user.

In order to achieve the foregoing objective, the hair curler proposed by the present invention includes:

- a handle, including a housing, an electric control device and a driving motor, the driving motor electrically connected to the electric control device, and the housing having an open end;
- a connecting base, rotatably mounted in the housing and connected to the driving motor, the connecting base having a connecting end, and the connecting end protruding from the open end; and
- a hair curling rod, including a heating rod and a fixing base connected to one end of the heating rod, the fixing base removably connected to the connecting base.

Optionally, the connecting end is provided with a snap structure, and the fixing base is snapped and fixed with the connecting base through the snap structure.

Optionally, the snap structure includes an ring-shaped shell, at least one snap member and at least one press member, the ring-shaped shell is sleeved at the end of the connecting base protruding from the housing, the ring-shaped shell and the connecting base are enclosed to form a mounting chamber therebetween, the ring-shaped shell is provided with a clearance hole communicating with the mounting chamber, the snap member is movably mounted in the mounting chamber, the press member abuts against the side of the snap member facing away from the connecting base and is exposed to the outside through the clearance hole, the connecting base is provided with a plug chamber and a clearance opening communicating the plug chamber and the mounting chamber, the snap member has a snap end, the snap end protrudes into the plug chamber through the clearance opening, the fixing base has a plug portion plug-fitted with the plug chamber and a buckle portion located on the outer peripheral side of the plug portion, and when the plug portion is plugged into the plug chamber, the buckle portion is located in the plug chamber and is snapped with the snap end of the snap member.

Optionally, the snap structure further includes an elastic member, and the elastic member abuts compressively between the snap member and the press member.

Optionally, the snap member further has a rotating end, the rotating end is opposite to the snap end, the rotating end is rotatively mounted in the mounting chamber, and the press member abuts between the rotating end and the snap end.

Optionally, a rotating shaft is disposed in the mounting chamber, the rotating end is provided with a rotating groove, both ends of the rotating groove are disposed in the axial direction of the rotating shaft in such a way that the rotating shaft passes through the rotating groove, the rotating end is rotatably mounted on the rotating shaft through the rotating groove, and the mouth of the rotating groove is located on the side of the rotating end facing away from the connecting base.

Optionally, the inner side of the ring-shaped shell is provided with a limit groove at the position corresponding to the clearance opening, the limit groove passes through the end face of the ring-shaped shell and the chamber wall of the mounting chamber, the buckle portion is disposed convexly on the outer peripheral side of the plug portion, and the end face of the buckle portion facing away from the heating rod is provided with a buckle hole, and when the plug portion is plugged into the plug chamber, the buckle portion is correspondingly inserted into the limit groove, and the snap end of the snap member is snapped into the buckle hole.

Optionally, the snap structure includes two of the snap members and two of the press members, two of the snap members are disposed on opposite sides of the connecting base respectively, two of the snap members and two of the press members are disposed in a one-to-one correspondence, and the ring-shaped shell is provided with the clearance hole corresponding to each of the press members.

Optionally, a limit groove is provided at the position of the open end in the housing, the limit groove is disposed around the outer periphery of the connecting base, the outer periphery of the connecting base is provided with a limit convex portion, the limit convex portion is in a ring shape extending in the rotation direction of the connecting base, and the limit convex portion is slidably mounted in the limit groove.

Optionally, the connecting base has a connecting shaft extending toward the driving motor, the outside of the connecting shaft is sleeved with an insulated mounting structure, the insulated mounting structure is connected to an output shaft of the driving motor, the peripheral side of the insulated mounting structure is provided with multiple mounting ring grooves, the multiple mounting ring grooves are arranged at intervals in the axial direction of the connecting shaft, the fixing base is provided with a first wiring component, the electronic control device includes a circuit board, a second wiring component, multiple conductive rings and multiple conductive elements, the circuit board is fixed in a housing, each of the conductive rings is correspondingly mounted in one of the mounting ring grooves and electrically connected to the second wiring component, the multiple conductive elements are all mounted on the circuit board, and each of the conductive elements abuts against the outer side of one of the conductive rings correspondingly.

By providing a rotatable connecting base on the handle, the technical solution of the present invention enables the fixing base to be removably connected to the connecting end. A user can purchase multiple types of hair curling rods and use a same handle to assemble different types of hair curling rods to achieve multiple curling hairstyles, so that the user does not need to buy multiple hair curler, and it is convenient for the user to use. Moreover, by making the connecting end of the connecting base protruding from the open end of the housing of the handle, it facilitates the assembly of the fixing base of the hair curling rod and the connecting end, and it is convenient for the user to remove, assemble and replace the hair curling rod.

The method to realize the objective, functional features and advantages of the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with the embodiments.

The following clearly and completely describes the technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. Apparently, the described embodiments are merely some but not all of the embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments obtained by persons of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments of the present invention without creative efforts shall fall within the scope of the present invention.

It should be noted that if there are directional indications (such as upper, lower, left, right, front, rear, and the like) involved in the embodiments of the present invention, these directional indications are only intended to explain a relative positional relationship between and movement of various components under a certain posture (as shown in the figure). If this specific posture changes, these directional indications also change accordingly.

The present invention provides a hair curler.

In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 13, the hair curler includes a handle 10, a connecting base 20 and a hair curling rod 40, the handle 10 includes a housing 11, an electric control device and a driving motor 16, the driving motor 16 is electrically connected to the electric control device, and the housing 11 has an open end; the connecting base 20 is rotatably mounted in the housing 11 and connected to the driving motor 16, and the connecting base 20 has a connecting end protruding from the open end; the hair curling rod 40 includes a heating rod 41 and the fixing base 42 connected to one end of the heating rod 41, and the fixing base 42 is removably connected to the connecting end.

In this embodiment, the hair curler further includes a power cord that is mounted at the end of the handle 10 away from the hair curling rod 40 and is electrically connected to the electric control device. The fixing base 42 is provided with a first wiring component. The first wiring component is electrically connected to the heating structure in the heating rod 41. The electric control device includes a circuit board 12 and a second wiring component. The circuit board 12 is disposed in the housing 11. The second wiring component is disposed on the connecting base 20 and electrically connected to the circuit board 12. When the hair curling rod 40 is mounted on the connecting base 20 by using the fixing base 42, the first wiring component and the second wiring component are electrically connected accordingly to supply power to the heating rod 41. The power cord is integrally connected with the handle 10, or the power cord is removably connected with the handle 10. When in use, after the hair curling rod 40 is mounted on the connecting base 20 by using the fixing base 42, the driving motor 16 may be activated to drive the connecting base 20 into rotation, so as to drive the hair curling rod 40 to rotate through the connecting base 20, thereby realizing automatic hair curling. The driving motor 16 may be an inner rotor motor or an outer rotor motor.

In addition, there are many ways to removably connect the fixing base 42 and the connecting end. For example, in one embodiment, the fixing base 42 is snapped and fixed with the connecting end. In some other embodiments, the fixing base 42 is magnetically connected to the connecting end. In still some other embodiments, the fixing base 42 is connected to the connecting end through a threaded structure.

By providing a rotatable connecting base 20 on the handle 10, the technical solution of the present invention enables the fixing base 42 to be removably connected to the connecting end. A user can purchase multiple types of hair curling rods 40 and use the same handle 10 to assemble different types of hair curling rods 40 to achieve multiple curling hairstyles, so that the user does not need to buy multiple hair curler, and it is convenient for the user to use. Moreover, by making the connecting end of the connecting base 20 protruding from the open end of the housing 11 of the handle 10, it facilitates the assembly of the fixing base 42 of the hair curling rod 40 and the connecting end, and it is convenient for the user to remove, assemble and replace the hair curling rod 40.

In some embodiments, the connecting end is provided with a snap structure, and the fixing base 42 is snapped and fixed with the connecting base through the snap structure. In this way, the snap structure is disposed at the connecting end of the connecting base 20 that protrudes from the open end of the housing 11, so that when the hair curling rod 40 rotates, the snap structure can rotate, relative to the housing 11, together with the connecting base 20 and the hair curling rod 40, thereby facilitating the removal and assembly of the hair curling rod 40, meanwhile the hair curling rod 40 can be securely snapped with the connecting base 20, and the product reliability can be improved.

In some embodiments, one of the fixing base 42 and the connecting base 20 is provided with a plug chamber 201, and the other is provided with a plug portion 421 plug-fitted with the plug chamber 201. When the plug portion 421 is plugged into the plug chamber 201, the fixing base 42 is snapped with the snap structure, so that by plug-fitting the fixing base 42 and the connecting base 20, the contact area between the fixing base 42 and the connecting base 20 can be enlarged, and the stability of connection between the fixing base 42 and the connecting base 20 can be enhanced.

In some embodiments, the connecting base 20 is provided with a plug chamber 201, the snap structure includes at least one snap member 31 and at least one press member 32, both the snap member 31 and the press member 32 are movably mounted on the connecting base 20, the press member 32 abuts against the side of the snap member 31 facing away from the plug chamber 201 and is exposed to the outside, the press member 32 is used for the user to press; the snap member 31 has a snap end 311, the snap end 311 is formed with a snap hook extending in the direction facing away from the plug chamber 201, the fixing base 42 has a plug portion 421 and a buckle portion 425 located on the outer peripheral side of the plug portion 421, the end face of the buckle portion 425 facing away from the heating rod 41 is provided with a buckle hole 426, and the hole wall of the buckle hole 426 away from the plug portion 421 is provided with a engagement portion 427, when the plug portion 421 is plugged into the plug chamber 201, the snap end 311 of the snap member 31 is inserted into the buckle hole 426, and the snap hook is snapped with the engagement portion 427, so that the connecting base 20 and the fixing base 42 are snapped together. When it is necessary to remove the hair curling rod 40, by pressing down the press member 32, the snap member 31 moves in the direction toward the plug chamber 201. When the snap hook is disengaged from the engagement portion 427, the plug portion 421 can be pulled out of the plug chamber 201 to realize the removal of the hair curling rod 40. Surely, in other embodiments, the snap member 31 has a snap end 311, a press end, and a hinge portion located between the snap end 311 and the press end, the hinge portion is hinged to the connecting base 20, the snap end 311 has a snap hook extending in the direction toward the plug chamber 201, and the press member 32 abuts against the side of the press end facing away from the plug chamber 201.

In some embodiments, the snap end 311 of the snap member 31 is located in the plug chamber 201, and when the plug portion 421 is plugged into the plug chamber 201, the buckle portion 425 is located in the plug chamber 201, and is snapped with the snap end 311 of the snap member 31. In this way, even when the hair curling rod 40 is removed from the connecting base 20, it is also possible to locate the snap end 311 of the snap member 31 in the plug chamber 201, avoiding the risk that the snap end 311 protrudes from the plug chamber 201 and is thus damaged due to collision, and improving the use reliability of the snap structure.

In some embodiments, the snap structure includes an ring-shaped shell 33, at least one snap member 31 and at least one press member 32, the ring-shaped shell 33 is sleeved on the end of the connecting base 20 protruding from the housing 11, the ring-shaped shell 33 and the connecting base 20 are enclosed to form a mounting chamber 331 therebetween, the ring-shaped shell 33 is provided with an clearance hole 332 communicating with the mounting chamber 331, the snap member 31 is movably mounted in the mounting chamber 331, the press member 32 abuts against the side of the snap member 31 facing away from the connecting base 20 and is exposed to the outside through the clearance hole 332, the connecting base 20 is provided with a plug chamber 201 and a clearance opening 203 communicating the plug chamber 201 and the mounting chamber 331, the snap member 31 has a snap end 311, the snap end 311 protrudes into the plug chamber 203 through the clearance opening 203, the fixing base 42 has a plug portion 421 plug-fitted with the plug chamber 201 and a buckle portion 425 located on the outer peripheral side of the plug portion 421, and when the plug portion 421 is plugged into the plug chamber 201, the buckle portion 425 is located in the plug chamber 201 and is snapped with the snap end 311 of the snap member 31.

Specifically, the snap hook of the snap end 311 extends toward the ring-shaped shell 33, and is spaced from the inner side of the ring-shaped shell 33. When the plug portion 421 is plugged into the plug chamber 201, the snap end 311 of the snap member 31 is inserted into the buckle hole 426, and the snap hook is snapped into the engagement portion 427, thereby snapping the connecting base 20 with the fixing base 42. When it is necessary to remove the hair curling rod 40, by pressing down the press member 32, the snap member 31 moves in the direction toward the plug chamber 201. When the snap hook is disengaged from the engagement portion 427, the plug portion 421 can be pulled out of the plug chamber 201 to realize the removal of the hair curling rod 40. In this way, by disposing the ring-shaped shell 33 outside the connecting base 20, so that the mounting chamber 331 is formed between the ring-shaped shell 33 and the outer side of the connecting base 20 to mount the snap member 31 and the press member 32, the structure of the connecting base 20 can be simplified, or the connecting base 20 may be provided as an integral structure to improve the structural strength of the connecting base 20, thereby reducing the risk of deformation or damage of the connecting base 20 during rotation, resulting in high automatic hair curling reliability of the hair curler. Moreover, the snap end 311 of the snap member 31 is disposed in the plug chamber 201 to avoid the risk that the snap end 311 protrudes from the plug chamber 201 and is thus damaged due to collision, and to improve the use reliability of the snap structure.

Surely, in other embodiments, the connecting base 20 is formed by splicing two base bodies, that is, two base bodies are spliced together to form the plug chamber 201, the mounting chamber 331 and the clearance opening 203, and the splicing faces of the two base bodies are parallel to the rotation axis of the connecting base 20.

In some embodiments, the snap structure further includes an elastic member 35, and the elastic member 35 abuts compressively between the snap member 31 and the press member 32. Specifically, when the press member 32 is pressed down, the snap member 31 squeezes the elastic member 35, resulting in compressive deformation of the elastic member 35, and when the press member 32 is released, the snap member 31 can be driven under the elastic action of the elastic member 35 to move in the direction away from the plug chamber 201. That is, when the plug portion 421 is plugged into the plug chamber 201, and the snap end 311 of the snap member 31 is inserted into the buckle hole 426, the snap hook can be snapped with the engagement portion 427 under the action of the elastic member 35. When it is necessary to remove the hair curling rod 40, by pressing down the press member 32, the snap member 31 moves in the direction toward the plug chamber 201. When the snap hook is disengaged from the engagement portion 427, the plug portion 421 can be pulled out of the plug chamber 201 to realize the removal of the hair curling rod 40. By disposing the elastic member 35 between the snap member 31 and the press member 32, the structure of the snap member 31 can be simplified, so that the snap structure is relatively simple. Surely, in other embodiments, the snap member 31 itself is disposed as a flat spring structure to realize the return of the snap member 31.

In some embodiments, the snap member 31 is provided with a limit groove 315, and one end of the elastic member 35 abuts in the limit groove 315. In this way, the displacement of the elastic member 35 relative to the snap member 31 can be limited by the limit groove 315, so that the elastic member 35 is mounted in a stable way, thereby enhancing the reliability of the snap structure.

In some embodiments, the connecting base 20 is provided with a limit protrusion 22, the elastic member 35 is a compression spring, and the end of the elastic member 35 away from the press member 32 is sleeved on the limit protrusion 22. In this way, the displacement of the elastic member 35 relative to the connecting base 20 can be limited by the limit protrusion 22, so that the elastic member 35 is mounted in a stable way, thereby enhancing the reliability of the snap structure. Moreover, when a compression spring is employed as the elastic member 35, it is possible to make the structural strength of the elastic member 35 high and more reliable. Surely, in other embodiments, the elastic member 35 may alternatively be a flat spring, a rubber block, or the like.

In some embodiments, the snap member 31 further has a rotating end 312, the rotating end 312 is opposite to the snap end 311, the rotating end 312 is rotatively mounted in the mounting chamber 331, and the press member 32 abuts between the rotating end 312 and the snap end 311. This is equivalent to that the snap end 311 is swingably mounted in the mounting chamber 331 with the rotating end 312 as an axis. Compared with the way that the snap member 31 is slidably mounted as a whole in the mounting chamber 331 in the hole depth direction of the clearance hole 332 (the direction perpendicular to the rotation axis of the connecting base 20), the rotating end 312 in the present solution does not move basically in the hole depth direction of the clearance hole 332, the movement space required for the rotating end 312 in the mounting chamber 331 is small, and the space occupied by the snap member 31 in the mounting chamber 331 can be reduced, thereby enhancing the structural compactness of the connecting base 20 and the snap structure, and facilitating the reduction in the size of the hair curling rod 40, which is convenient for the user to hold and use.

In some embodiments, a rotating shaft 71 is disposed in the mounting chamber 331, the rotating end 312 is provided with a rotating groove 314, both ends of the rotating groove 314 are disposed in the axial direction of the rotating shaft 71 in such a way that the rotating shaft 71 passes through the rotating groove 314, the rotating end 312 is rotatably mounted on the rotating shaft 71 through the rotating groove 314, and the mouth of the rotating groove 314 is located on the side of the rotating end 312 facing away from the connecting base 20. Specifically, the outer peripheral face of the rotating end 312 is disposed to be substantially circumferential, and the rotating end 312 is substantially hook-shaped. During mounting, the rotating shaft 71 can be mounted in the mounting chamber 331 first, and then the rotating end 312 can be snapped, from the mouth of the rotating groove 314, into between the rotating shaft 71 and the connecting base 20, so as to avoid troublesome positioning of the shaft hole on the rotating end 312 and the rotating shaft 71, and to facilitate the mounting of the snap member 31.

In some embodiments, the inner side of the ring-shaped shell 33 is provided with a limit groove 333 at the position corresponding to the clearance opening 203, the limit groove 333 passes through the end face of the ring-shaped shell 33 and the chamber wall of the mounting chamber 331, the buckle portion 425 is disposed convexly on the outer peripheral side of the plug portion 421, and the end face of the buckle portion 425 facing away from the heating rod 41 is provided with a buckle hole 426, and when the plug portion 421 is plugged into the plug chamber 201, the buckle portion 425 is correspondingly inserted into the limit groove 333, and the snap end 311 of the snap member 31 is snapped into the buckle hole 426. Such an arrangement is equivalent to utilizing the space of the ring-shaped shell 33 for fitting with the buckle portion, avoiding the situation that the buckle portion and the snap structure occupy the space for fitting the plug portion 421 and the plug chamber 201, which results in large area for fitting the fixing base 42 and the connecting base 20, stable connection, and compact structures for the connecting base 20 and the snap structure, thereby facilitating reduction in the size of the hair curling rod 40 and convenient holding and use by a user. Moreover, when the buckle portion 425 is correspondingly inserted into the limit groove 333, it is possible to prevent in an effective way the rotation of the fixing base 42 relative to the connecting base 20, so that the hair curling rod 40 is mounted in a more stable way.

In some embodiments, the connecting base 20 is provided with an arc-shaped groove 202 at the position corresponding to the rotating shaft 71, and the rotating end 312 is rotatively mounted in the arc-shaped groove 202. Such an arrangement enables the rotating end 312 to rotate in the arc-shaped groove 202 smoothly, enables the snap member 31 to rotate smoothly and reliably, and reduces the risk of failure of the snap member 31.

In some embodiments, the press member 32 is provided with a limit clasp 321, the snap member 31 is provided with a limit snap hole 313, and the limit clasp 321 is movably snapped into the limit snap hole 313. Specifically, the length of the limit clasp 321 is greater than the hole depth of the limit snap hole 313. With such an arrangement, it is possible to constrain the press member 32 and the snap member 31 together in a better way, and to prevent the situation that the rotation of the snap member 31 is limited due to the rigid connection between the press member 32 and the snap member 31.

In some embodiments, one of the outer side of the plug portion 421 and the chamber wall of the plug chamber 201 is provided with a convex foolproof rib 23, and the other is provided with a foolproof groove 428. When the plug portion 421 is plugged into the plug chamber 201, the convex foolproof rib 23 is plugged into the foolproof groove 428. In this way, it is convenient for the user to mount the hair curling rod 40, and it is possible to avoid the situation that the user mounts it in a wrong way.

In some embodiments, the snap structure includes two snap members 31 and two press members 32, the two snap members 31 are disposed on opposite sides of the connecting base 20 respectively, the two snap members 31 and the two press members 32 are disposed in a one-to-one correspondence, and the ring-shaped shell 33 is provided with the clearance hole 332 corresponding to each of the press member 32. Specifically, the fixing base 42 is provided with the buckle portion 425 corresponding to each of the snap members 31. When the plug portion 421 is plugged into the plug chamber 201, each snap member 31 is snapped with one corresponding buckle portion 425. Such an arrangement can add a connection position for the fixing base 42 and the connecting base 20, and improve the stability of connection between the fixing base 42 and the connecting base 20 on the one hand, and is convenient for the user to press the two press members 32 simultaneously to unlock on the other hand. In addition, when two snap members 31 and two press members 32 are provided, it is required to press the two press members 32 simultaneously so as to disengage the two snap members 31 from the buckle portion 425 simultaneously, so that the connecting base 20 and the fixing base 42 of the hair curling rod 40 can be separated, thereby reducing the risk that the hair curling rod 40 falls off due to mis-pressing the press member 32.

In some embodiments, the connecting base 20 has a connecting shaft 26 extending toward the driving motor 16, the outside of the connecting shaft 26 is sleeved with an insulated mounting structure 60, the insulated mounting structure 60 is connected to an output shaft of the driving motor 16, the peripheral side of the insulated mounting structure 60 is provided with multiple mounting ring grooves 613, the multiple mounting ring grooves 613 are arranged at intervals in the axial direction of the connecting shaft 26, the fixing base 42 is provided with a first wiring component, the electronic control device includes a circuit board 12, a second wiring component, multiple conductive rings 13 and multiple conductive elements 14, the circuit board 12 is fixed in the housing 11, each of the conductive rings 13 is correspondingly mounted in one of the mounting ring grooves 613 and electrically connected to the second wiring component, the multiple conductive elements 14 are all mounted on the circuit board 12, and each of the conductive elements 14 abuts against the outer side of one of the conductive rings 13 correspondingly.

Specifically, the insulated mounting structure 60 and the connecting shaft 26 are relatively fixed in the rotation direction of the connecting base 20, that is, the insulated mounting structure 60 and the connecting base 20 rotate together after being driven by the driving motor 16. The circuit board 12 is fixed relative to the housing 11, and when the driving motor 16 drives the insulated mounting structure 60 and the connecting base 20 into rotation, the conductive ring 13 in the mounting ring groove 613 rotates together with the insulated mounting structure 60, and the conductive ring 13 rotates relative to the conductive element 14. During the rotation of the conductive ring 13 relative to the conductive element 14, the conductive element 14 abuts against the outer peripheral face of the conductive ring 13. In this way, it is possible to electrically connect the conductive element 14 and the conductive ring 13 in a better way while the connecting base 20 rotate.

In some embodiments, the conductive element 14 includes a connecting leg 141 and two contact flat spring 142 respectively disposed on opposite sides of the connecting leg 141, and the two contact flat spring 142 are respectively disposed on opposite sides of the conductive ring 13 and elastically abut against the outer peripheral face of the conductive ring 13, that is, the two contact flat spring 142 have directional elastic deformation. In this way, the conductive element 14 can be in full contact with the conductive ring 13, and even if one of the contact flat springs 142 is temporarily separated from the conductive ring 13 during the rotation of the connecting base 20, the other contact flat spring 142 can be in contact with the conductive ring 13, so that the risk of poor contact between the conductive element 14 and the conductive ring 13 can be reduced.

In some embodiments, the insulated mounting structure 60 includes multiple mounting rings 61, each mounting ring 61 includes a first segment 611 and a second segment 612 connected to each other, the outer diameter of the first segment 611 is smaller than that of the second segment 612, so as to form the mounting ring groove 613 on the outer side of the first segment 611, the multiple mounting rings 61 are arranged in sequence in the direction in which the driving motor 16 points to the connecting base 20, the first segment 611 of each mounting ring 61 is located on the side of its second segment 612 away from the driving motor 16, and the conductive ring 13 is in a continuous ring shape (a closed ring). In this way, it is possible to avoid gaps on the conductive ring 13. Even when the conductive ring 13 rotates one round, the conductive element 14 and the conductive ring 13 can be in full contact, and the risk of poor contact between the conductive element 14 and the conductive ring 13 can be reduced.

In some embodiments, a rotating groove 111 is provided at the position of the open end in the housing 11, the rotating groove 111 is formed around the outer circumference of the connecting base 20, the outer circumference of the connecting base 20 is provided with a limit convex portion 27, the limit convex portion 27 is in a ring shape extending in the rotation direction of the connecting base 20, and the limit convex portion 27 is slidably mounted in the rotating groove 111. That is, when the connecting base 20 rotates, the limit convex portion 27 is also able to rotate in the rotating groove 111. The arrangement of the limit convex portion 27 and the rotating groove 111 can limit the connecting base 20 from coming out of the open end of the housing 11 on the one hand, and can increase the length of gap between the connecting base 20 and the housing 11 on the other hand, thereby reducing the risk of water ingress between the connecting base 20 and the housing 11.

In some embodiments, multiple support ribs are disposed in the housing 11, the multiple support ribs are arranged at intervals in the axial direction of the connecting base 20, and each support rib is arranged around the outer circumference of the connecting base 20. Specifically, the support rib extends in the rotation direction of the connecting base 20. Such an arrangement can support the connecting base 20 in an effective way without increasing the thickness of the housing 11, and can reduce the weight of the housing 11, thereby reducing the overall weight of the hair curler.

In some embodiments, the plug portion 421 is provided with a first plug hole 422, a plug convex portion 21 is disposed in the plug chamber 201, the first wiring component is disposed in the first plug hole 422, the second wiring component is disposed on the plug convex portion 21, and when the plug portion 421 is plugged into the plug chamber 201, the plug convex portion 21 is plugged into the first plug hole 422, and the first wiring component and the second wiring component are connected accordingly. When the plug portion 421 is plugged into the plug chamber 201, such an arrangement can increase the length of the gap between the first wiring component and the second wiring component to the outer side of the hair curler, which is equivalent to adding a path for water from the outside of the hair curler into the first wiring component and the second wiring component, thereby reducing the risk of water ingress at the first wiring component and the second wiring component, and enhancing the waterproof effect of the hair curler in use.

In some embodiments, the plug convex portion 21 is provided with multiple second plug holes 211, the first wiring component includes multiple conductive column 51 disposed in the first plug hole 422, and the second wiring component includes a conductive member 15 disposed in the second plug hole 211, and when the plug portion 421 is plugged into the plug chamber 201, the plug convex portion 21 is plugged into the first plug hole 422, each conductive column 51 is inserted into one of the plug holes correspondingly and in contact with the conductive member 15. Such an arrangement can separate multiple conductive members 15 from each other, and add paths between the conductive members 15, that is, in the case that the hair curling rod 40 is removed, even if a small amount of water drops into the plug chamber 201, it is difficult to contact two conductive members 15 simultaneously, that is, to make it difficult for short circuit to occur between two adjacent conductive members 15, which greatly reduces the risk of water ingress and short circuit of the second wiring component. Surely, in other embodiments, the second wiring component includes multiple conductive contact plates disposed on the end face of the plug convex portion 21, and the multiple conductive contact plates and the multiple conductive columns 51 are in a one-to-one correspondence.

In some embodiments, the conductive member 15 is cylindrical, and when the plug portion 421 is plugged into the plug chamber 201, the conductive column 51 is plugged into an inner hole of the conductive member 15. Such an arrangement can reduce the requirement on the fitting accuracy of the conductive column 51 and the conductive member 15, and enable better contact between the conductive member 15 and the conductive column 51, thereby reducing the risk of poor contact between the conductive member 15 and the conductive column 51. Surely, in other embodiments, the conductive member 15 may also be an flat spring structure disposed in the second plug hole 211.

In some embodiments, a notch 151 is formed on the side wall of the conductive member 15, and the notch 151 is disposed through two ends in the hole depth direction of the second plug hole 211, a protrusion portion 152 is formed on the inner side of the conductive member 15, and when the conductive column 51 is plugged into the second plug hole 211, the protrusion portion 152 abuts against the outer peripheral face of the conductive column 51. Specifically, after the conductive column 51 is inserted into the inner hole of the conductive member 15, and the conductive column 51 abuts against the protrusion portion 152, the conductive member 15 can be expanded outward, and at the same time, elastic deformation can be generated to squeeze the conductive column 51, so that the conductive member 15 is pressed against the outer peripheral face of the conductive column 51, making the conductive member 15 and the conductive column 51 in close contact with each other, which further reduce the risk of poor contact between the conductive member 15 and the conductive column 51.

In some embodiments, the chamber wall of the plug chamber 201 has a first arc surface 24 and a first flat surface 25, the first arc surface 24 and the first flat surface 25 are arranged in the rotation direction of the connecting base 20, the outer peripheral side of the plug portion 421 is provided with a second arc surface 423 and a second flat surface 424, and when the plug portion 421 is plugged into the plug chamber 201, the first flat surface 25 and the second flat surface 424 face each other, and the first arc surface 24 and the second arc surface 423 face each other. Specifically, the chamber wall of the plug chamber 201 has two opposite first arc surfaces 24 and two opposite second arc surfaces 423, and the two first arc surfaces 24 and the two first flat surfaces 25 are alternately arranged in the rotation direction of the connecting base 20. Similarly, two opposite second arc surfaces 423 and two opposite second flat surfaces 424 are disposed on the outer peripheral side of the plug portion 421, the two second arc surfaces 423 and the two second flat surfaces 424 are alternately arranged in the rotation direction of the connecting base 20, and when the plug portion 421 is plugged into the plug chamber 201, the two first flat surfaces 25 and the two second flat surfaces 424 are in a one-to-one correspondence, and the two first arc surfaces 24 and the two second arc surfaces 423 are in a one-to-one correspondence. In this way, it is possible to prevent the rotation of the fixing base 42 relative to the connecting base 20, thereby enhancing the mounting stability of the hair curling rod 40. Surely, in other embodiments, it is also possible that the chamber wall of the plug chamber 201 has only one first arc surface 24 and one first flat surface 25.

In some embodiments, the snap member 31 is located between the first flat surface 25 and the ring-shaped shell 33, so that the snap member 31 can be disposed in the space between the first flat surface 25 and the ring-shaped shell 33, thereby improving the structural compactness of the connecting base 20 and the snap structure, facilitating reduction in the size of the hair curler and convenient holding and use by a user.

In some embodiments, the hair curler includes multiple hair curling rods 40, and the multiple hair curling rods 40 are alternatively mounted on the handle 10. Specifically, each of the multiple hair curling rods 40 includes a heating rod 41 and a fixing base 42, and the sizes and/or shapes of the heating rods 41 of the multiple hair curling rods 40 vary, that is, the sizes and/or shapes of the heating rods 41 of the multiple hair curling rods 40 are different. In this way, it is convenient for the user to select a suitable hair curling rod 40 for hair curling based on hair curling needs, thereby satisfying personalized needs.

In some embodiments, the electronic control device further includes a forward rotation button 17 and a inverse rotation button 18 disposed on the housing 11, the forward rotation button 17 and the inverse rotation button 18 are both electrically connected to the circuit board 12, and the forward rotation button 17 and the inverse rotation button 18 are both disposed at the end of the housing 11 close to the hair curling rod 40, which is convenient for the user to press.

In some embodiments, the electronic control device further includes a power button 19 disposed on the housing 11, the power button 19 is electrically connected to the circuit board 12, and the power button 19 is disposed at the end of the housing 11 away from the hair curling rod 40, thereby avoiding the risk of accidentally touching the power button 19 by the user during hair curling.
