Skechers Sues Steve Madden for Patent Infringement

Earlier this week, Skechers USA Inc sued Steven Madden Ltd for allegedly infringing patents related to the company's walking-shoe line and other projects. As proof that high-stakes patent fights aren't limited to what most people consider the technology space, Skechers is seeking an injunction against the Setta line of footwear sold under the Steve Madden brand.
