Shperix Sues AT&T

Guidance IP LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of IP development and monetization company Spherix Incorporated, has filed suit against AT&T Inc. and AT&T Mobility LLC for the infringement of US 5,719,584 - "System and method for determining the geolocation of a transmitter." This action represents the second suit brought by Spherix and its subsidiaries. The first suit, filed against T-Mobile back in August, is still pending.
