NEW YORK -- Irish pharmaceutical company Shire PLC said Thursday it sued two generic drugmakers to prevent approval of a new version of its attention deficit disorder drug Vyvanse. Shire (SHPGY-news-people) said it filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Roxane Laboratories Inc. and a division of Watson Pharmaceuticals Inc.(WPI -news-people).
