Seair, Dennisson Industries agree to end patent dispute launched in early 2009 - Winnipeg Free Press

Seair Inc. (TSXV:SDS) and Denisson Industries Ltd. have an agreement that will resolve their patent dispute, once certain conditions are met, Seair announced Thursday. The companies expect to file a formal notice of discontinuance in about 90 days.
