NuVasive said Wednesday it will “aggressively” fight a $101.2 million judgment against the San Diego spine-surgery device maker in a federal patent infringement case with its chief rival, Medtronic. “We are extremely disappointed by the verdict and will continue to fight this case through its conclusion,” President and Chief Executive Alexis Lukianov said during a brief conference call with stock analysts.
