Nokia Seeks HTC Sales Ban

Nokia will be seeking financial compensation and a sales ban moving forward against HTC after winning a patent dispute in the UK. The ruling made by the UK High Court stated that several of HTC's products, including its flagship HTC One smartphone and the HTC Wildfire, infringe on one of Nokia's patents.
