Network-1 starts patent infringement lawsuit against 16 tech firms - Proactiveinvestors (NA)

Network-1 Security Solutions (OTC:NSSI) said Monday that it has initiated patent litigation against 16 data networking equipment manufacturers in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas for infringement of its remote power patent. Included among the defendants in the lawsuit are prominent high-tech names such as Dell (NASDAQ:DELL), Hewlett-Packard (NYSE:HPQ), Juniper Networks (NYSE:JNPR), Motorola Solutions (NYSE:MSI) and Sony (NYSE:SNE).
