Nanya Tech accuses rival of patent infringement - Taiwan News Online

Taipei, Nov. 22 (CNA) Nanya Technology Corp., a memory chip manufacturing arm of Formosa Plastics Group, said Tuesday that it had filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), accusing its Japanese rival Elpida Memory Inc. of infringing upon four of its patents.
