Lineage Power and SynQor Settle Patent Litigation

Lineage Power Corporation today announced a definitive settlement of the Lineage Power v. SynQor patent litigation action pending in the Eastern District of Texas. Terms of the settlement are confidential. Originally filed in March of 2008, in this consolidated action Lineage Power had sued SynQor alleging infringement of six of its patents, and SynQor had counterclaimed alleging infringement of three of its patents.
