Google, T-Mobile Urge ITC Not to Disrupt HTC Imports in Apple Patent Fight

The parties in Apple's U.S. International Trade Commission infringement suit against HTC aren't the only companies with a lot riding on the outcome of the case. If the ITC sides with Apple and imposes a costly import ban on HTC's devices, it would also be a huge blow to Google, which licenses its Android operating system to HTC, and to T-Mobile, one of the top sellers of HTC smartphones.
