Google and Verizon Sign Patent Cross-Licensing Deal

Google and Verizon have come to an agreement on a global patent cross-licensing across a range of technologies.  The agreement, similar to a few others signed earlier this year, is designed to reduce the number of patents available to trolls and the number of frivolous lawsuits between companies.
