Forensic Software Can Extract iPhone Data with iOS 8 Encryption

Passware Inc, maker of password recovery, decryption, and evidence discovery software, announced the latest version of its Passware Kit Forensic earlier this month and claimed that the product can extract iPhone and iPad data even with the new iOS 8 encryption in place. The company says that it can acquire full iPhone, iPad, and iPod backups from iCloud, provided that the Apple ID credentials are known, by downloading the data in iTunes and plain readable formats.
