Finjan Invalidates FireEye Claims through IPR

Late last week, cybersecurity company Finjan Holdings received final notice from the PTAB that it had invalidated a majority of claims in two patents held by FireEye. Finjan's President and CEO Phil Hartstein went on record stating that "Finjan challenged the validity of FireEye's '533 and '499 patents because we believed FireEye was not the first to invent the claimed technologies..."
