EFF Highlights 4 Worst Patents of 2015

The EFF has been working to highlight a mismatch between expanding patent coverage and the quickening pace of disruptive change.  They have created the Mark Cuban Chair to Eliminate Stupid Patents, and as part of that effort they have chosen four 2015 patents that represent "different crisis in our badly-misaligned patent system."
