AT&T speeds patient diagnosis

ResolutionMD™, a future addition to the AT&T Medical Imaging and Information Managment solution, will be offered by partners AT&T and Calgary Scientific Inc. The technology will help physicians have instant access to patient reports and images that are stored within any healthcare facility. The mobile diagnostics viewer was cleared by the U.S. Federal Food and Drug Administration. Accessible from anywhere from a desktop, smartphone, or a tablet, the application is highly secure. If AT&T’s plans are carried out, the ResolutionMD™ will be available by the first half of 2012.
