Apple Sues China's State IP Office

Apple has filed a lawsuit against China's State Intellectual Property Office, and Shanghai based Zhizhen Network Technology, over the patent rights for its Siri personal assistant technology. Apple had previously asked the government organization to declare Zhizhen's voice recognition patent invalid but the request had been denied.
