Apple asks who's next; ZTE unconcerned
ZTE is probably not next in line for a Samsung-esque smartphone IP takedown, but as a member of the top five telecom manufacturers in the world, the prospect has to at least be on their minds. "If we can state at least five differences between our phones and the iPhone, then we're not violating any patents," said Luo Zhongsheng, vice president of the company's handset division.
