Apple and Samsung Back At It

Apple and Samsung are back in court once again. At issue this time around is the damages awarded by the judge in a previous trial. That judge had awarded Apple $1.05B in damages after determining that 26 Samsung products had infringed on Apple's patents. However, a judge has since found that the jury miscalculated $400M in damages for 13 products and a new trial has been ordered to determine the proper amount.
