Affirmed by CAFC: Section 101 Dismissal in Patent Infringement

Just last Friday, June 11, the U.S District Court for the Northern District of California’s grant of a motion to dismiss for Apple and Samsung in a patent infringement action brought by Yanbin Yu and Zhongxuan Zhang was affirmed by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC) due to ineligibility under Section 101.
