Absolute gets 'very favourable' U.S. patent infringement ruling against Stealth - Winnipeg Free Press

Absolute Software Corp. (TSX:ABT) has won a patent infringement ruling against Stealth Signal Inc. from a U.S. federal appeals court, the computer security company said Wednesday. Vancouver-based Absolute said the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit had reversed a district court's summary judgment that Stealth Signal Inc. did not infringe on several Absolute patents and instead remanded the issue to trial.
