A contestant asked whether they should submit one reference for each question, or one reference that best covers all of the questions. We are looking for one reference that best covers all of the questions. Contestants are not limited to only entering one reference, but their total score wil be taken as the average score over the references they submit. Therefore, submitting a stack of references with each reference just being marginially relevant will most likely result in a low score.

Title Wireless Personal Communications Systems
Addison-Wesley wireless communications series
Wco Series
Author David J. Goodman
Edition illustrated
Publisher Addison-Wesley, 1997
Original from University of Minnesota
ISBN 0201634708, 9780201634709
Pages 113-115 talks about the User information being passed as a PIN and it applies to **all** protocols discussed in the book. The later chapters on DECT I believe describe a packet switching network intervening the cell phone and a land phone network which could be a IP phone system.

Posting the message to make my message more clear. This reference I am applying from memory. I pretty sure about the pages suggesting where user information includes a PIN (pages 113-115). There are several protocols mentioned but I think DECT is probably the best one. Without further ado, my suggested reference is as follows:
I understand the contest has concluded. However, I think this information is important to convey.
