Im confused on the for sale in U.S..  Does this mean that each reference has to explicitly show that it was for sale.  For example I have found the dead on software, but it appears to be from another country.  Somehow I need to find some proof that it was for sale in the U.S.?  A scholarly article that doesnt explain a way to buy it wouldnt be acceptable, correct?
