For a US National Stage entry, is the correct date for question (1) equal to the 102(e) date given by flowchart at http://www.uspto.gov/web/offices/dcom/olia/aipa/102eflowchart.pdfis (rather than the "US patent filed" date)?
Is the above linked flowchart the correct version & date of the flowchart?

Hey Solrac. You are correct. The 102(e) date is the correct date to use for question 1. In generally, this is the date of the PCT application that was used. Hope that helps!
