i don't understand why you don't list in the prior art all the documents cited in the search report of the all member of the family patent?

Jean-Louis--if you mean the "known references" in the contest definition, we get these from the references cited in each patent and those known to our client at the start of the search. Members of the same patent family share the same priority date, and so do not constitute prior art for one another.
