Patexia is seeking an expert on contact center products - like Genesys, Avaya, Cisco Contact Center. We are not looking for a testifying expert for a patent case, but someone with whom we might be able to consult regarding how these products operate and sold.
The person would have to have deep knowledge of these products, the marketplace and different channels and methods in which they are commercialized/sold.
