VIDEO - HTC One X "superphone" evolves the smartphone

The NVIDIA team displays the Tegra 3 processor power of the HTC One X at the HTC press conference in Mobile World Congress 2012, Barcelona. The Tegra 3 processor has the distinction of currently being the world's only 4-PLUS-1 quad-core mobile processor. The sheer power of the HTC One X smartphone, which also includes Android's Ice Cream Sandwich OS and a 4.7-inch Super LCD 2 display with 1280 X 720 resolution, has led to the coining of a new term -- "superphones." This term signifies a mobile phone that is substantially more powerful than the typical smartphone and could very well become the new "smartphone" category.
