Apple seeks permission from bankruptcy court to sue Kodak

Apple today sought permission from a bankruptcy court to sue Eastman Kodak for allegedly violating patents related to printers, digital cameras and digital picture frames. Previously, in May 2011, Apple lost when it tried to sue Kodak for patent-infringement related to the way images are displayed on digital cameras. Then, in January, Kodak targeted Apple for patents about e-mailing images and photo submissions over WiFi. Last month, Kodak filed for bankruptcy protection and recently discontinued its camera business.
